Licensing information. Real estate photography prices includes non-transferable, non-resalable rights to reproduce the photographs for all marketing purposes specifically related to the sale of a single residential property for the full continuous duration of the client’s listing agreement to a maximum of two years from date of payment, including the real estate websites, the realtor’s social media and print advertising.
The agent is granted a non-transferable, non-resalable license for the image(s) for marketing their services in sold listing compilations and marketing portfolios for a period of 4 years beginning on the date of payment in full for charges relating to those photos. Photos used in marketing materials for the agent must include a photo credit immediately adjacent to the photo in the form of „photo by St Clair Studio7”.
All photos produced for the client may be used by the client for any marketing associated with the current sale of the property, including but not limited to flyers, website and publication. All images are owned and copyrighted by St Clair Studio7 and a license granted only to the client and not to any third parties. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, designers, stagers, sellers or buyers - is prohibited by copyright laws unless approved in writing by St Clair Studio7.
If the photos are of a “model” home, where they will be used to advertise more than one address, specific licensing arrangements must be made and additional fees paid in advance.
Extended Rights. Client can request additional extended usage rights to use photos in long-term marketing with written permission and associated fees from St Claire Studio7. These rights grant limited, non-transferable permission to use in general branding for the agent, builder, or seller for commercial usage. Original copyright and usage rights are still maintained by. Credits are required to be added as St Claire Studio7 on all extended rights usage promotional materials including, but not limited to websites, social media graphics, brochures, printed materials and publications, flyers, etc.

Locations outside Paphos, Polis, Limassol area may be billed for travel expenses and subject to minimum order requirements.
Cancellation Policy. If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice, otherwise a 50 minimum euro charge will apply.
If appointments are cancelled within an hour of the shoot or if the home is not ready to be photographed upon arrival, the full amount of the shoot will be charged.
The Client shall pay all expenses incurred up to the time of the cancellation.
Payment. Payment is due in cash at the time of appointment. Later bank transfer is also aplicable, but images will not be released until agreed to payment is made in full.
Shoot. The Owner, Agent or Representative of the Agent must be present at the shoot to give access to the home and to discuss any special considerations such as what should be included or excluded in shots.
Unless specified, the standard shoot will include the front and back exterior and the major rooms such as living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom, master bath and bedrooms. Small bathrooms, utility rooms or garages are not a shooting priority unless you give direction otherwise.
Post Production. Photographer will have sole discretion to select the images for finish and delivery.
Only the selected photos will be processed for finished delivery.
Digital photo deep processing (Lightroom. Photoshop, Enfuse and other special software and tools) is included.
Retouching. All final photos are colour corrected as per our calibrated monitors. The Company is not responsible for the Clients monitor colour interpretation.
Delivery. Images will be delivered electronically via web link not later than 48 hours after the shoots, unless otherwise specified.
Finished photos will be delivered in 2 JPEG formats: sized and optimized for the web, and at the full resolution.
Final JPEG files are posted to an online hard drive, and will remain available for download. Photographer as soon as possible will deliver a few low resolution, watermarked images for review. Full images will not be released until agreed to payment is made in full. Use of any images prior to full payment will constitute a breech of this agreement.
